All our engineers are highly qualified with a minimum of five years experience and are customer focused meaning that, wherever possible, you will be looked after by the same engineer. This way they become familiar with your specific set up and requirements.

Training…
Support and training are critical if you are to make the most of your investment. At Hobbs Parker Telecom we are passionate about providing you with the necessary training, not only at the time of the installation, but with support on an ongoing basis.
Installing a telephone system is a challenging, but hopefully rewarding experience. Most telephone systems today are likely to have the quality and features you need; however, it’s the implementation and support that really govern your overall satisfaction.
The system suppliers’ approach to after sales care is the key. The UK marketplace consists of many small suppliers, who are under-resourced, and large suppliers with very demanding targets. The smaller dealer is unable to keep up with your needs, the larger has little time to spend with you. We give you the best of both worlds.
Advice you can rely on…
The telephony industry tends to be full of jargon and buzz words. Through all this, you must try and choose a supplier. It is important to analyse each proposal – could there be a catch or are there any hidden charges? Will the service be as good as is promised? If you want to move an extension or change some programming, how much will you be charged? What are the costs of further training?
